Pages don't look and work correctly:
Our site uses style sheets. Older web browser may not support this (Netscape, Web TV ...)
Netscape 4.7 supports our style sheets but may have difficulty with our external links to sheets and scripts. Just click reload on your browser, or F5 key, this will load and store this info in your browser cache.
Nothing is working, I am frustrated:

Cookies are necessary for our shopping cart to function properly (they remember what you are ordering until after checkout, they expire 24 hours after your visit to our shopping cart (Clenalinesurf does not use cookies for any other purpose). Programs such as WebFree, Guard Dog, Cookie Cutter, Cookie Monster, Junkbuster, Watchdog, and even certain browsers can be set to suppress cookies.
The way to ensure your cookies are working varies from browser to browser. For example, Netscape allows you to change the settings to accept cookies by clicking Preferences on the Edit drop-down menu, then choosing Advanced and adjusting the settings in the Cookies box.
If you are using Internet Explorer, click the Tools drop-down menu, then click "Internet Options..." Click the Security tab, and then click the Custom Level button. Click the radio buttons next to Enable beneath both "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)." This should enable your browser to accept cookies.
If you don't want to enable cookies you may still shop our site, by selecting an item in the cart and continuing through the checkout without visiting any other pages.
